Tournament Rules:

  1. No caddies, electric carts or pull carts are to be used.
  2. Locker rooms will not be available, please come dressed to play.
  3. No team or individual player will be permitted to play without a
    coach or faculty member present.
  4. Contestants are not permitted to smoke or use ANY electrical devices
    including cell phones, iPods, MP3 players, or golfing aids that give
    an unfair advantage to a player like yardage finders, etc.
  5. Coaches will be held accountable for the conduct of their players.
  6. Lady participants will be playing from the same tees as the men participants.
  7. For information/instructions in the event of inclement weather check back to this website or call Riverwinds Golf Course at 856-848-1035.
  8. Coaches will be assigned to marshal.

Registration Instructions:

  1. For a printable announcement of this golf tournament go here.
  2. Please confirm your participation in the tournament ASAP by contacting the Tournament Administrator, Alexander Ferrante at aferrante@bhprsd.org.
  3. A maximum number of 60 teams will participate in the tournament. Registrations and flight assignments will be handled on a "first come, first serve basis". In no event will registration forms be accepted after Monday, May 2, 2011.
  4. Each team will have no more than four (4) members.
  5. Entry Fee is $225 per team. Make all checks payable to: Carl Arena Memorial Fund INC.
  6. Attach your $225 payment to the completed Tournament Registration form.
  7. Mail payment and completed form to:

  8. We strongly recommend that you begin the procedures of registration with your school to guarantee the funds for the entry fee so that you can secure a position and preferred flight assignment for this tournament.
  9. Once the Tournament Administrator receives your payment and completed form, he’ll contact you with instructions as to how to enter your team data on this website.
  10. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. In the event this tournament is canceled because of inclement weather, all monies will be rolled over to the following year.

We are entertaining suggestions for gifts and are soliciting for sponsorship in exchange for signage, distribution of advertisements, placement of corporate logo on golf gifts and web space on NJHSGolf.com website.
