THIS IS A RESTRICTED, PASSWORD PROTECTED AREA AND IS ONLY TO BE USED BY THE TOURNAMENT ADMINSTRATOR. IF YOU ARE NOT THE TOURNAMENT ADMINSTRATOR AND HAVE REACHED THIS PAGE, PLEASE CONTACT ALEXANDER FERRANTE IMMEDIATELY @ aferrante@bhprsd.org.
The folowing functionality is available on this page:
1. Create Initial Records:
a) Adminstrator
b) Team Id & Password - Use this link to create the intial record (ID & password) for a team. The coac can only update general team information for his/her own team.
c) Scorer - Use this link to create the ID and password for a scorer. A scorer has the ability to update any player's (from any team) scores but does not have the ability to update general team information.
2. View/Update data:
a) Adminstrator IDs - Use this link to edit or delete Adminstrator IDs and Passwords.
b) Team Information - Use this link to edit or delete general team information for any registered team.
c) Scorer IDs - Use this link to edit or delete scorer IDs and Passwords.
3. General Database maintenance:
a) Set Hole Handicap
b) Set Hole Assignments
c) Create Score Cards
4. View/Update player information sorted by:
a) Flight, Hole Assignment, A or B
b) School Code
c) Last name
5. View/update scorer data sorted by:
a) Flight, Hole Assignment, A or B
b) Alphabetical by player's last name
6. View detailed Leaders' Board information sorted by:
a) Players Leaders' Board (w/ backup fields)
b) Ladies Leaders' Board (w/backup fields)
c) Team Leaders' Board (w/backup fields)
