Welcome to the Carl Arena Memorial Fund Inc. website. This website is designed to help tournament directors of NJSIAA sanctioned golf tournaments run an efficient tournament as well as provide the means for displaying online live scores and tournament results.

Flight information for the tournament can be found here.

The first flight should arrive between 6:30-6:45, and will be dropped off by the second hole with a team registration across the street. The marshaling meeting will begin at 6:45 and we will begin shuttling the golfers onto the course by 7:00 am. We would like to have the golfers teeing off at 7:30.

The second flight should arrive between 11:00-11:15. They will be dropped off by the tennis complex at the pavilion. The marshaling meeting will take place at 11:30 and golfers will be shuttled onto the course at the completion of the first flight, estimated to be around 12:30.

Lunch will be served prior to the event for the second flight, and after the completion of the first flight between 11:30-1:30 pm. No additional food will be available after this time.

GolfTracker

Golfers can now visit our GolfTracker and view match averages of all participating teams and be ranked in their Region, Conference, Division and School (data updated through 4/21/2011).

General Website Functionality

1. The tournament directors (A.K.A. administrators) provide username and passwords to qualifying coaches. Coaches input team information online (Player data, first & last names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, grade level…)
2. Website calculates and generates 4-somes according to player statistics (i.e. 9-hole averages and team player rank) and accommodates traditional team time starts as well as shotgun starts. As a bonus feature, administrators of tournaments will be able to print score cards with players appropriately placed in groups.
3. During tournament, scores are entered online as match progresses and website calculates individual, female, and team leaders with a “real time” website display. The website breaks ties according to USGA and PGA regulations regarding the ranking of handicap holes.

Imagine as a golfer completes his or her last hole and having ALL of your results accurately completed before that golfer returns to the clubhouse, ready to present all of your awards seconds after the completion of that last hole! For
